Monsana improves patient access to clinical trials. Our AI platform helps doctors quickly identify eligible patients, so hospitals, pharma and CROs can collaborate more efficiently and bring innovative treatments to patients faster.

The role
We’re looking for someone who can drive sales while also being happy to roll up their sleeves and help build the business.

You’ll be responsible for bringing Monsana to new customers, from the first outreach to closing the deal. You’ll also help create the content, campaigns and events that raise our profile and generate new leads. As we’re a startup with a small team, you’ll work closely with your colleagues on planning, reporting and the operational tasks that keep things running smoothly.

No two days will look exactly the same. One day, you might be giving a demo to a hospital; the next, you could be working on a campaign or preparing a sales update. We’re looking for someone who enjoys this variety and wants to play an active role in shaping our growth.

What you’ll do
• Identify and approach potential customers, lead sales calls and demos, prepare proposals and close deals.
• Work with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and CROs to understand their needs and demonstrate how Monsana can help.
• Create sales and marketing materials, including presentations, case studies and LinkedIn content.
• Support other team members with project management, including reporting, meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Use AI tools wherever they can make your work more efficient, from prospecting and meeting preparation to lead follow-up.

Who we’re looking for
• You have at least one year of experience in tech or SaaS sales. Experience within a start-up or scale-up environment is a plus.
• You’re comfortable taking ownership, working independently and figuring things out as you go.
• You’re reliable, and you’re happy to get involved in the operational side of running a business.
• You’re curious about AI and already use AI tools in your day-to-day work.
• You are fluent in English and proficient in at least one of the following languages: French, German, or Spanish.
